Yes, he resold it from the revolut tool owner channel in https://t.me/volkov_xxshop without permission, when i've opened the apk, i've noticed it has owner telegram name and contacted them, telling him that is that someone is reselling revolut red apk

Hi,

I would like to inform you of one thing: I bought from volkov and he scammed me. He voluntarily ignores my messages and replies to new accounts I create in which I pretend to want to buy his services.

I too would have been tempted to sell volkov's work, because what he sold me does not work and he ignores me to help me.

Then he said he was going to send me a revolut APK for bypass selfie for customers, he never sent me anything.
