Hello there, I know it sucks that YouTube has changed its policy on eligibility for money making but don't worry, you can get there super fast with my method and when I say super fast I mean in 1 week (or even less). Now let me tell you right here at the beginning that I was just like you, I needed an account that has at least 1000 subscribers and 4000 watch hours in the last 12 months. I though it's impossible to gain such a reputation in short time and I needed a solution fast because I had big plans for YouTube money making. Like every smart guy I started to check out SMM services to buy subscribers and watch times but as you all know, those things are fake.
