I am confused it says 100% privacy but also says in TOS that we will cooperate with law enforcement or notify them if needed basically

Very crappy support and suspicious practices.

about 2 years ago, they logged into my rdp and checked my browser history and who knows what else, i know this because my windows where not in the same order i left them, then one day they legit started looking into my browser while i was connected when confronted them, they gave me some bs excuse and logged me out, change my password and told me " to recover your  server, you must reinstall it"

Yesterday my server suddenly stopped working, note that i have no programs on here but a few files, after contacting support (on ticket and discord) they muted me from their discord for 7 days to avoid bad rep, as well responded to my ticket telling me, it was me who fucked the server while system shows that magically i was "out of memory" ( im running 2 simple python scripts on a 44gb ram server lmao), then their second response was extorting me in order to "recover" my files,

Basically (we can help you if you pay us, if you dont pay well sucks, reinstall )
