I am trying to work with the user for a peaceful resolution I personally see no reason for a refund of course, I will if it's absolutely required I want to make this very clear however I do think he is being very unfair saying as I was suspended from telegram the last 24 hours so couldn't properly update him. 

There's no peaceful resolution, you don't have the right to ignore a promised timeframe. I didn't get what I paid for in the time I was PROMISED so the deal isn't longer valid.

I will refund 1/3 of what wasn't completed you can still access the other 2 and the third one can be coming on tonight if that's what you want?

Nope, you'll refund 100% of what I paid down to the last satoshi because you didn't fulfil what I paid for and your now playing ignorant. You deleted all your messages ffs, you couldn't be sketchier even if you tried.

I don't agree that the refund was the right move but I didn't meet the deadline even if it was only by a little bit so chose to chuck suck it up.

@Liars this can be closed, I've been refunded. Just fyi I asked for a refund twice before opening this report and I told him I'd open a report to which he replied "go ahead". I tried solving this before a report was necessary but he didn't want to.
