the delivery location is way different what I requested and also the receipt is different from what I asked.
That's why I ordered a scan and not FTID.

They guy charged me a scan which costs $100+  and did a FTID which costs max $40.
My point is I wouldn't buy from this guy an FTID cause its overpriced but he offered scan on $110 which I paid.

I bought SCAN and I got FTID.
Partial refund could work here cause the guy paid for his boxer.

Yeah that's easy to say this now that your order is fulfilled.

I had a price, you agreed on it.You paid for rendered service and agreed to pay the price. there is no global ftid price that we all agree on. Now you're looking to get it for cheaper by opening a scam report. At first you said I coudln't do it , now you say you're entitled to a refund while you agreed on paying for the service. This is witnessing bad faith from you and that's very sad but understandable considering how you've been acting since opening this SR

Admins I think we can consider this as closed. OP received the service he paid for and he's now trying to negotiate to get it for cheaper after initially trying to have it for free.
