My customer told me that he is unsatisfied with the website and requested me to build a new site from scratch. I proceeded to code a completely new site (if you want to see that it's entirely my work, I can share with you the source files of my site in private message). So my customer's new site is online:

Note: My intention is not to avoid paying $200 to this thief, as you can understand, I am simply seeking my rights.
