Yeah no we didn't reach any agreement. Just kept arguing.
 

I believe this user has set me up so he can receive compostion for his silly mistakes of not validing.

I've been genuinely scammed, not setting anyone up. This is my literal first scam report in 4 years.
 

Accussing someone like this, and then asking them for money, then telling them they are in the wrong even though the user themselves has admitted openly its their fault for not checking any information.

I feel liable in the measure that I didn't bother checking because it was linked directly from your thread, which is undoubtley bad practice. And only THAT is my fault.
But still the sale thread shouldn't have had the old telegram handle in the first place! 
 

Everytime I hit the user with facts, its just " I got linked to the telegram through your thread, and didn't bother checking."

I really can't stress enough how there was a literal hyperlink from your original sales thread that led to the scammer's profile.
And when asked to at least remove the handle he refused. And when then asked again to check for others threads which might have a similiar problem, he simply answered with " If it aint a sales threads, why do i care. Every other thread that is closed shouldnt be a sales thread.  ".



He even said that he doesnt care if he gets banned so idk. Whatever though. I just hope it doesn't happen to someone else.

  • Show me another thread that has the same handle in it. Then what you said would be valid. I said that statement because , someone dumb as you can only get scammed if it was a sales thread, and I knew I had no other sales thread with that telegram name since I did almost everything via discord tickets to prevent people like you from opening scam reports after self scamming.

  • And Yes I dont care if I get ban , since Cracked isnt my life. If I get ban , I at least know I didnt get ban a scammer but to a braindead forum user that likes to self scam and accuse other users.

  • However this aint even valid considering the fucking thread is closed you donkey. Closed sales thread means ( NOTHING IN THAT THREAD IS VALID ) - Get that through your brain before you every go back on marketplace.
    
    
  • User is liable for using outdated information on a outdated CLOSED thread that hasnt been bumped in months. Threads are closed for a reason and a 4 year old forum user knows. The thread even says " PM On Cracked To Verify", yet user ignored this as he has stated many times. He even asked the scammer if he accepts middle man, but the scammer ignored.  The user then still proceed to pay the scammer via "Giftcards" ( Not even Crypto ) and he paid him 100 EUR , which isnt even the prices on the thread. How many red flags does one need before he notices that there is something wrong with the situation.

@JuiceWRLD You are at fault since you never edited any old thread with that telegram. Which lead this person to get scammed. Pay him for his losses. Do so within 24 hours.

For context, many users started messaging me to be clearful and that this is a setup etc since this has been happening alot of the forum recently

I found out the OP "brought" his coins via PayPal, therefore you could open a dispute on PayPal which he will most likely win and get his funds back, yet he wants to do everything but that... This is one of the many times he keeps confirming he is setting me up. Can't accept people with a "scammer mentality" like this...

He first asked me to verify all the informations like giftcard codes and purchase dates:


Meanwhile kept saying I was setting him up:


I had nothing to prove to him, yet I (re)sent all the proof of purchase, time stamps, dates and so on.


Then he kept being cocky so I answered ironically with what he took as a confession of guilt. lmao


He then proceeded to accuse me of trying to get him banned, which really I dont give a f about, to witch I answered:


Anyway it's still up to @Liars to choose, and he even already answered.

Go make a dispute on paypal and get your money that way, you refusing to do that means you have you have no other intention of getting your funds back after getting scammed in the must moronic way . Besides its an invalid scam report...

You need to be ban of this website, your just a liablity for sellers lol. Digging up closed threads, checking whether its an outdated telegram handle, then proceeding to blindly make a transaction with a scammer without even taking 2 seconds to stop and think.

From the conversation you had with scammer, you should of known from there he was fake - he didnt answer you question about if MM is accepted, nor did you verify. You donut of a user.
