My Discovery: How I Got a Refund on a Canadian Roblox Gift Card OUT OF THE BLUE.
It all started with an old Paypal account I had created back in 2019.
Unfortunately, the account was limited, and I hadn't used it for quite some time.
I received an email stating that my account had been granted access to withdraw funds.
but it ended up leading me down an unexpected path...
Intrigued, I decided to check it out.
I couldn't send money due to me having 2FA on a lost number.

Oh man i am glad someone got it working, indeed the weekends it has some automatic refunding system, also you will receive an email stating ( you got the product and a refund )
somehow they have it as option you can either refund them the mistake or something

I will continue testing since i would like this to work on new paypal accounts. If it works on new paypal accounts then you have something amazing for you
