Hello, the user Hawkey69 (Discord: hawkeyv2), opened an exchange ticket on 12/12/2023 at 13:55 CET. Later he asked if I could also exchange 180$ USDT and 170$ LTC to PayPal, so a total of 350$. At first he begged me to send him $350, I would send him $340 to PayPal and he would pay me the rest "later". I refused and after a short discussion he accepted our exchange fees ( https://ibb.co/CWphCvh https://ibb.co/Nxg76R3 https://ibb.co/L6F74Zv https://ibb.co/4VDTMrq ). I received 326.7 EURO in the end and then sent him the 304 EUR on PayPal, again with PayPal Balance and Friends & Family ( https://ibb.co/BKT4Q49 https://ibb.co/h2DZLdR https://ibb.co/zhbM5Bz). I sent him the screenshot of the payment summary and then he just replied "bruh fuck". I immediately asked "what? i did everything correct?" and then without him asking or warning me, he wrote "i refunded, my paypal limited" ( https://ibb.co/tbQdsXD ).

He had not only sent me the 304 EUR from the exchange we were doing at the moment, but also a partial refund from the exchange with the 205.52 EUR, which we completed earlier and was already done (LTC to PayPal). 

We agreed that I would send him back the money for the current exchange we were doing with the 326.7 EUR, minus the exchange fees ( https://ibb.co/qR11mY2 ), but I immediately told him that I would not refund the money we had exchanged in the previous deal, which he had also sent back to me in part to PayPal (he had not even sent me back the full amount). I immediately told him that I would only send him back the money we had agreed on for the exchange. I'm not refunding him the money for a deal that we had already completed and finalised just because his PayPal account was suddenly locked.

He then put me under a lot of pressure and pinged me several times and also threatened to open a deal dispute if I didn't send him the money back.
I didn't know enough, so I first said that I would send him the money back, but after consulting the Exchanger team, I realised that I had done everything right and didn't have to pay him the money back, because 1. it was a completely different exchange that we had already concluded before and 2. I am not responsible for the fact that his PayPal account was locked.

For this reason, I wrote him a message the same evening in which I told him that I would not send him the money back because the money he had sent back was for another exchange that had been completed and finished and just because his PayPal was locked, he can't simply undo the exchange. His PayPal getting locked, is definetly not the Exchangers (My) Problem.

I am the first to accept when he has made a mistake and then corrects it, but this deal dispute is just ridiculous. I did everything correctly according to the Swift Exchange
rules and always consulted with hud (Owner of Swiftexchange) and the Exchanger team who both agreed that I was in the right.



I also forgot to add that this is in our TOS: 

"Fiat Information

We will not be held liable for any disputes, additional fees, holds, or limitations regarding fiat transactions as this is out of the Exchangers control."

So if a customers account get limited after you send him the money , and he refunds you
You wont return the money? And just keep it to your balance?

how is that even fair?
