Neither did you inform me that the upgrade is unstable and therefore not usable.
I want to watch Netflix when I come home from a hard day of work and not turn on the TV realise it has been downgraded for the 10th time, write you that it was downgraded, wait days for an upgrade just to realise it downgraded the next time I want to watch a movie after work.

read it then talk, in this month a lot of people tried to buy it and asked for it i told them Netflix upgrade is unstable, if they are not asked before buy it, it's not my problem, or not reading TOS.
i said this month not 5 months ago.

You tried to "fix it" plenty of times and it wont work for longer than 3 days. The product did not work 5 months ago and it doesnt work now. It literally has never worked.
