I dont know what to say anymore.
He seems didnt recognize that he failed the replacement AND STILL CAN TURN THE REPLACEMENT TO "PACKAGE ARRIVED" - to the deliverer but he is just stupid as fuck.

@SugarDaddy You have to clarify the replacement if you still can. If you can, then OP has to pay for the RTS + your service fee. However if the replacement is totally failed, OP can use the 2nd phone delivered to him to avoid any fees. In that case OP won't have to pay any of those fees since the replacement wasn't done within the 2 week time period.

The case is opened for the first phone not for the second.
Of course I will keep the second phone in action for the first phone that never arrived.

But what makes me here curious that he don't want to share the chat with me.
Is he allowed to do that?
I mean I shared also the whole chat with with the staff what he also can do to prove the rightness.
