Right after that open a cmd on Windows

hit the command

cd (Destination for IP changer)

after:

ipchanger.exe -m 50


It will run the ip changer.

Start both the server and ip changer.

BOOM! you got free ipv6 proxies!

On Openbullet select socks4 and paste them there or else.
