Verifed or not verifed has nothing to do with this work account 100% and it's a good product

no where there was written that they are email verified hence you were responsible to ask for it prior to asking him to send them first.
Hence you now have the product , the accounts are prime and hence you are entitled to pay for it until the OP himself trusts you that you wont use these accounts and decides to move on to sell them to someone else. If thats not the case, you have to pay him within 24 hrs .
