240hz has a visible difference between fpss

If you are not gamer you should be ok with 144hz. 240hz is overkill for your needs.

Recommend 144hz. 240hz is more expensive and usually on TN panel only. It is hard to notice the different between 144hz and 240hz unless you try to look very hard for the differences. Unless you are comparing 60hz to 144hz , which is more noticeable than 240hz. 144hz + IPS best for color + input  lag.
