I didn't make it in order to make detection less-likely. But as a centrelized way to interact with campaigns and to be able to deploy in/from whatever environment.
To aid in detection your phishing mails need to look as LEGIT as possible and to use properly obfuscated payloads

You can self host servers using tools like ngrok or pagekite, as this program works from a linux shell therefore Linux's apache server works fine.
Or customized domains with serveo. Otherwise a good hosting provider. Free ones are available at 000webhost.com but not recommended being a free service.
Paid is always preferable
