made this while being super bored and wanted to learn batch so here you go. what this program does is it essentially pings an ip to check if it is up or down.

idek if virustotal checks batch files but i obfuscated it. staff can pm me to check src if needed. 
lastly illegal shit done with this is not my fault. i made this as a learning experience.
