I told you immediately that the pack had gotten me banned, I waited a week for the scam report as you offered me a replacement and had me waiting for a whole week. After said week of waiting the replacement you gave me was so public that I found it being used on an ewhoring server lmao. Look at the dates on the screenshots.

Congrats on getting a decision from staff telling him to give you a refund. Too bad that he still doesn't want to do it. He doesn't even respect the staff. I'm still waiting for a decision on my dispute. Hopefully he will either give you the refund or forever be banned from here. Enough people have been tricked into his shady deals already. He doesn't understand that the fact that his terms of service do not allow refunds is irrelevant, when he is the one who violated his own terms of service by failing to provide the product that the customer actually agreed to purchase. That in itself voids the contract that the two parties entered. The basis for the refund isn't his terms of service, but the fact that when he failed fulfill his obligations, the contract became void. And yes, when two parties agree to transfer goods and/or services in exchange for money, there is an implicit contract there. Of course, being that he can barely write in full sentences, we can't expect him to understand any of this.

I had my pack for less than 20 minutes, was not even able to download it before you revoked access, lost my claim with Paypal against you (which means that you have the money), and you still won't give me a refund. You're obviously just going to try and find any excuse not to give a refund. I hope staff can see what's happening here.

I love the fact few people are against me, and dont respect the rules of a scam report do u know its not allowed to comment on other people scam disuputes and u just did it enjoy warn ;p
