I don't see no excuses being given, if you actually understood the VCC business you would understand that you can't use CRYPTOCURRENCY to load the accounts. You require using a debit card or bank account so we had to exchange it. We have enough funds for your refund but we need to get the funds out of our bank and into our crypto wallet <

Its a soft limit, basically when trying to send funds it won't show payment options meaning you can't send funds.
If you google it you will see its not some "excuse"

Buddy this PrinceSalman guy knows jack shit about paypals, the money is not in PAYPAL its in a BANK linked to PAYPAL.
The paypal we used is aged, with thousands ran through it already with 3 banks linked and various transactions weekly.

Its a soft limit, i'd recommend not listening to this misinformed user PrinceSalman
