If you are born infertile, its due to a medical condition. Hence my question.

If you are born infertile with no medical condition, there is no way you would know until you have your sperm count tested, which is impossible until you start producing it during puberty around 12 years old, and even then, nobody under the age is testinf sperm count as you only do this when you’re trying to have kids
