Well this has to be time based then with a like 2 seconds additional after move has been done so we can bypass the cheaters with AI computing the next moves.

Anyway, in order to have a legit tournament in chess it has to be a live one with maybe 10 minutes game with a +2 seconds additional time after a move has been made in order to dodge cheaters using AI chess computers from home, xD.
