Asked OP to send me 1-2 hits to verify quality and the user kept saying he won't send. Asking me to pay $350 to get the file of 22500 email access (ready to login). I told him I can buy a small quantity before spending that much money and he said. "I can't cut the file" in what world you can't cut the file? Overall seems sketchy. To not be able to risk 0.0015$ per hit for a potential 350$ reward like I would steal a mediocre hit.
