If customers come they come and read the open dispute, not immediately go to the conclusion that you are scamming... You could have told him to go higher, it still doesnt answer why you deleted the thread? It's like me getting a open dispute then immediately go and delete all my threads / close all my sales threads then saying no I never sold anything.

Why is it an issue if I delete the thread he commented on? Once the dispute is handled I will open another thread without these weirdos commenting on it spamming "scam" when I never even did business with either of them.
