There are only 20 people that has 15k Likes and someof them are shit poster.
it look like making this rank for only 0.000005% of cracked user.

Stats look like Joke btw, also i guess give this rank manually not baseed on the stats but what user contributed to the forum and look at some other aspect and give the user rank.
make it unique but not that much unique.

Heaven requires 5k likes so I think 10k likes for this rank would be reasonable.
imo it should be a rank that cant be rushed, therefore a long  registration / online month time is mandatory

Well it should be bigger than Heaven, so call it something like "Universe" or "Creation", "Cosmos", "World"
Put like requirements to 20.000 and online time is not necessary because online time doesn't have anything to do with real forum activity, this would mean that people just keep the website open but stay AFK, it's just unnecessary, I would rather introduce something like shouts ik this is hard due to the fact that shoutbox is a different system than the main forum, but I think the rank should be given out manually by staff.

People that say that 15k likes is too much are just dumb, the whole reason behind this rank it too create a rank that is something extremly special like Heaven used to be in the old days of cracked, where it was really special seing someone with this rank, but nowadays it's just extremly easy to get likes by abusing Google SEO. So putting the likes requirements to 20k or even 30k would be really good.
