This always happens to me, sometimes I go on a good schedule than i always come back to this cycle. Kind of sucks

Same routine everyday
cant sleep at night . will only sleep in the morning

I enjoy sleeping from about noon to 8pm at the latest. I worked to many night jobs and can't shake the sleep pattern.

I also can't sleep at night I don't know why it will be but I prefer the night to do my things and the day I rest but I don't enjoy it as much as the night Hehe
