nigga good fuckign work when meredith finds her finding herself in a better place on social media than reality because she can mold herlife without restrictions. SHe also finds herself more attached to be actively engauged with social media than real life because she creates her fantasy and or 'dream life' (moreso ideal lifestyle) to be seen as a healthy active spirited person. I can only explain the picture through alot of symbolism, i.e detached connection to the real world, and a wired connection to social media or her account. Meredith has traits of isolation (when talking to her mother)in the kitchen scene. Another trait she shares within the 
Meredith finds herself lost in comparing her life to other 'friends' on social media, whilst her friends are capturing the best moments of their life on a media platform, she feels asthough she has to try and live the average lifestyle set by her feed's best moments.
