How is this a form of scam? you're getting pretty defensive for having such transparent business practices and 100% satisfaction from your clients. I am just laying everything out. Fortunately the admins come up with the definition for "scam" not you or me. 

I understand you have good reviews, but in this case you do not. Please pay back the money.

Look, I am not scamming. I am just unhappy with the level of service and what I got. I know he is saying I got a finished product and now I am scamming him? The code does not work for the purpose I paid. I also have no faith in going back to working client & seller relationship after this. I mean, I'd like to just have the code/site done right and working that's why I paid. 

I am dealing with two other sellers right now from cracked and we have no issue and they communicate. I may jump the gun and want replies in a decent amount of time. I paid a lot of money and want to feel like I was not scammed. 

I also feel like this is going to be going in circles, there is not much else to cover?

We were in constant communication with you. All you do is swear at us without letting us help you. Can you tell me how can I help you in such a situation? Look, if there is any problem, we will solve it. If you see any other error in the future, we will fix it as well. You have a large forum site and make sure your website has a lot of bugs. You don't realize these bugs until you see them. When you see an error, you need to tell us "here is this error, solve it". And we will solve this problem.

We didn't scam you, we didn't sell you a service that didn't work. As I said, if there is a problem, we are always here to solve it. Just tell us the error. And let us fix the error.

Please read all your messages. We are constantly trying to help you in all your messages and you are just using bad words and swearing at us.
