Verdict
The seller does not have to issue a refund to the buyer.
After having discussed this dispute with the seller, we were able to come to an agreement on the buyer's behalf.
The seller has offered to allow the buyer to still claim the aforementioned month of subscription time to their service, given that the buyer is to be compliant with the following terms and conditions.
- The buyer will be granted access back into the Discord server on the condition of them being globally muted, and barred from interaction and/or communication with the other members of the server.
- The buyer will retain the ability to still read, and observe all the channels, and conversations that are inclusive of their subscription.
- If the buyer is to reach out to any other member of the server's roster and they report the incident to the service's faculty providing indisputable evidence of the event taking place; the buyer's license will be immediately revoked, and their membership in the server terminated.
- To prevent any form of foul play against the buyer; pre-existing relations and contacts are exempt from this condition.
- However, if the pre-existing relationship is to inform the buyer that they do not wish to be contacted, and the buyer continues to seek consultation from the party after having been informed by them of their decision being to discontinue communication. The aforementioned party can report this event to the seller and/or the service's faculty. If the report is containing adequate and indisputable evidence of the event has taken place; the buyer's license will be revoked, and their membership to the server terminated.
- In the event adequate evidence is to be submitted of the buyer engaging in sales trashing, and/or slander of the seller's product(s)/service(s) to the seller, and/or their service's faculty team; the buyer's license key will be revoked, and their membership to the server terminated.
If the buyer wishes to comply in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined above, then they can contact the seller regarding the offer. The seller will provide the buyer with the server invitation, as well as the buyer's license key to redeem the complimentary month subscription to the seller's service.
In order to maintain civility the buyer should only state their desire to redeem the offer in their message to the seller, and nothing more. Likewise, the seller should provide only the buyer's invitation link and their license key in their response message.
