@Sellpass you may not decide to ban shops for scamming, especially if the shop belongs to a cracked member, you have 24 hrs to provide evidence shelby was scamming, meaning order logs after the shop transfer was made.
@KSZ, while Sellpass has relaxed terms on products that can be sold, we do not support scamming at any level. @Shelby was not banned for scamming on Sellpass. The store he/she acquired was a store that hosted products with the intent to scam customers (i.e selling a $10,000 balance account for $70) that circumvented our systems.
As stated below, should any Cracked forum staff/administrator can clearly outline @Shelby's position, we'll be able to activate the store in a timely manner.

If or when @Liars intervenes (or any other forum staff) on @Shelby's previous scam efforts/ban, we'll take action. But for now, we will not be working with @Shelby to activate the store. Thanks everyone for keeping the community safe.
Sellpass has no tools to support the ownership transfer of stores, this means we do not actively support nor intervene in any scenario. As previously stated, given @Shelby's position in this community, we're able to work with him/her in a working capacity.
Sellpass will remove any and all fraudulent/falsely gained reviews (abusing our systems), where we'll then be able to re-enable the store on his/her behalf.
WHEN YOU SWITCH TO SELLPASS, WE'LL MAKE IT WORTH YOUR WHILE.
If you're currently selling digital products on another platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, Sellix, Custom, etc), you'll receive a welcome bonus upon registering and transferring your store over. The bonus is based on your processing volume, customer base, and the specific category/industry you target.
Feel free to reach out to me directly on this forum to get started.

Since he paid for that store, you may activate it after removing all such products. You failed to provide any order log, which means Shelby has made no sale on that store since the acquisition.
Similarly remove all reviews related to scam products

We re-activated the store and removed all of the products that were reported by customers, along with those with the intent to scam by the old owner. @Shelby can add his own products. In addition to this, all of the false reviews that abused our system were promptly removed.
@Shelby Please ensure that you reset your password and verify your email so that the old owner can not access the store.
