Additional Information: I paid 200$ up front for him to start the project, as you can see in the ss he reads my messages but doesn't respond, constantly making excuses and pushing the date further back, with no proof of any actual work done. I paid him on Feb 21 and he said it would take a few days. It's now March 11. I want a refund, as I don't even need the project at this point.
