Additional Information: Friend is doing an exact same transaction with him for $1200, nothing sent to him yet. Cosmos was supposed to deliver this on Friday, fell asleep, and then decided to forget about it on Monday in order to fulfill orders to someone else (even though there was an agreement he'd only sell to me and my friend). No logs on the agreement as chat was deleted (due to 4 day chat-alive time). He seems to be heavily advertising on his telegram channel recently, looking like an exit scam (from my hunch).
