Edit: for my personal opinion, Fallout new vegas is too low on that list aslo is quite unfair comparing MMORPGS and (offline) RPGS, but good list in general have played all of them.

As for MMORPG, world of warcraft definitely should be #1. And I'm sure many people agree with me. That's the only game I've been playing for years, I even decided to get a wow boost from wowvendor not so long ago to finally get the loot from the raids I just can't stand, and getting the most fulfilling experience from the game is actually the best.
