Ingredients:
-1/2 cup all-purpose flour
-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
-3/4 cup granulated sugar
-2 large eggs
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour an 8-inch square baking pan.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt.
3. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Gradually stir in the flour mixture until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.
4. Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
5. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
