On December 5th, I initiated a payment of 220 euros to your crypto account for a three-month RAT, which includes the provision of a server and setup.

We had discussed the possibility of completing this setup within 24 hours, and later, you mentioned a slight delay of 1-2 days due to a server-related issue. However, it has now been six days since the initial payment was made, and I have not received any communication from your end regarding the progress or status of the service.

I am very sorry for passing this deal dispute, I am genuinely interested to settle this transaction as smoothly and professionally as possible, but I am just a broker to an outside client for this, and this delay is causing financial repercussions for me. Every day that passes without the completion of this service means potential losses that exceed the 220 euros I sent you. 

Looking forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience. I hope you can also respond in this thread rather than on private DMs or through telegram.

It has been 5 days. You have not confirmed me that you have received my payment and that I will receive the product and the services I am meant to receive, nor have you replied to any of my DMs before I made this dispute. As I said, I don't intend to label you as a scammer and I am very sorry that it has led to this dispute, but my money and reputation is on the line and I thought it was the only way to get your attention. 

I am not the one who is impatient here, my clients are, and I am fully taking accountability as I assured them it will be delivered in 3 days. 
I don't even know if I want the money back, as I have already given my word to my client to provide compensation for the delay on my part. I just wanted my current clients to be returning customers, and now they seem pretty intent on not returning to me anytime soon. 

I hope you can fully understand. Thank you for responding hastily.
