Here it tells me that it will not give me any refund because it has been a week since the scans.

(it's a lie in some of them it had not passed 48 hours).

Here I say that if it were 100€ I would not mind but it is more than 600€.

From here on he stopped answering me, I have talked to him with other accounts and he does answer me.
