Additional Information: They claim to sell " High Quality " unmatched data, the person submitting this report is my customer who is heavily unsatisfied and wishes to have justice, I am here on his behalf.
In the screenshot below you can see them making a guarantee:

And in this one you can see them saying they don't make guarantees, clearly to avoid punishment and proving that their price to quality ratio is not matched, using pathetic excuses such as " That depends on what you do with the accounts ", we all know you can't do anything with something useless:
