I actually wanted to buy a paypal combo from him, but overall they were ass, so I asked for a France combo with the target Accor. The trial result was fine, out of 2k checks I got 63 hits for my target so I bought the combo.

100k lines for 60$

I bought it and checked it, the first 50k lines were fine but the rest was crap, overall out of 100k lines I got 500 hits, that's very different from the sample he gave me. After I approached him about it and asked for a refund or replacement, he refused....
