It is not normal for any forum to ignore a complaint about a scammer, especially when the transaction took place with confirmation of personal messages on the forum.
I have to duplicate my complaint because the forum for some reason decided to ignore my last complaint, although I gave all the prufs - he promised a 100% ban and failed and the 2nd order could not do anything ban this poor loser before he cheated someone else, he is poor and untalented.

This scammer is trying to blackmail me to close the complaint for the sake of returning the amount of the last transaction, but he did not fulfill 2 orders and his guarantee promised on repeated bans - somehow disappeared, the account was unbanned after 22 hours, he is ridiculous, but blackmail is allowed on the forum? He doesn't understand that I won't sell my 800 dollars for 400 I'll be happier if he gets the ban - which he deserves.

• Scammer changed his Telegram login
  
• Scammer deleted the correspondence (we have it downloaded)
  
• Scammer couldn't get me to give him 800 for a $400 refund.
  
• Scammer admitted he's talentless and broke.
