@outside Provide him the proxies. IF you cannot or do not want him as a customer than refund. Do so within 24 hours.

At the end, because he's proxies doesn't work and it's scamm, and because he can't provide service he wants to refund. So he wasted my time in total. Assuming again, his customer support is 0/10, and also service is 0/10, website was offline for hours, proxies also. How is this allowed to be promoted here ? ? ? @Liars
