He hadd a targeted ddos attack yday, he's trying to refund you, you're refusing - what is the point of this thread anymore? If you don't want a refund, but instead want proxies from a site you're reporting for 0 customer service, bad proxies etc why are you nt taking your FULL refund? I was given 2 days of compensation as was my client for the downtime. Seems beyond reasonable.
