Additional Information: I do not want the account. Just want a refund. He was temp banned 30 minutes after my order was placed and hasn't fulfilled the order. through Telegram after assuring me it would be instant. If his ban could be lifted temporarily with limited access to handle this dispute, that would be helpful.
