It seems to be a problem with the initializing of the environment settings in SVB. See their source code below:

Code:
// Initialize Environment Settings
            try
            {
                OB.Settings.Environment = IOManager.ParseEnvironmentSettings(OB.envFile);
            }
            catch
            {
                OB.Logger.LogError(Components.Main,
                    "Could not find / parse the Environment Settings file. Please fix the issue and try again.", true);
                Environment.Exit(0);
            }

I think you’ll have to set them manually.

PS:
The file is located in:
Code:
public static readonly string envFile = @"Settings/Environment.ini";
According to their sourcecode, I think its the Environment.ini file in the settings directory of your SVB.
There should be a default environment config file on their GH. Or reinstall in on a VM and alter it on your machine. Hope your logs won’t get lost. Cheers and goodluck.
