Additional Information: User has been on and off being online and offline taking up 6 hours of conversation, that's why the screenshots are limited (if a moderator needs more, feel free to PM). Me and said user agreed for me to ban a Twitch account with a well amount of following for the payment of $1K, so I agreed. User was skeptic of if I was able to do it, so I agreed to go first to ban the account, as I did. Once the account was banned I messaged the user informing him of the ban and showing him proof that the ban would be permanent, in which he responded gladly to. When I asked for payment, he started claiming that a another user had banned the account and that in fact it was not me. The other user had no proof backing up his statements and said that he had called Twitch (which you cannot do), while I had shown all the proof of me doing it including emails, screenshots etc. The user kept on saying that he doesn't know who to pay and this lasted for about 6 hours until he finally agreed that the games were over and that I did it, which he knew from the start. Then the user claimed that his PayPal wasn't working and that "this always happens" in which I said that I take crypto as well. User claimed he had reached his deposit limit and that I needed to wait until tomorrow, precisely 00:10 he would deposit and send the payment. The user claimed that he slept and I politely asked him to send the payment now, in which he responded by saying he needed another account banned and that he "already knows the method now". After just calling him he informed he would do it ASAP and sent a screenshot showing he deposited the money and still didn't send anything even after me giving my LTC address countless of times.
I wish for this to get resolved and I do not wish the user to be banned frankly, I am just here to claim the money for the work that we agreed on. Thanks.
