Additional Information: I sent $50 first time but the blockchain didn't confirm the payment, then I sent again another $50 , total $100 sent to him (both transactions confirmed in the end). After confirmation, he didn't reply, telling me he's at work, then he said he will send me the cookie once home, then he said he have to check the logs in 1 hour. After all, he sent me 20 fb cookies, all dead and other countries. I want refund, too much headache for nothing...I asked for refund and he said he will refund me when he's home, then blocked me.
