Amount or Item(s) Scammed: $20 btc and possibly $20 ETH if was lying about not receiving

Additional Information: Sent them $20 via ETH complained it didnt go through, though blockchain confirmed. Sent $20 via BTC, immediately blocked on cracked and telegram
