funny im also down 20k, but besides that I stopped when I realized that every game (didnt play many anyway) on my online casino was never in my favor the only game I played made me lose 20 grand and now im even scared to bet 50$ on it so personally I would use some site blockers or maybe try to lock your funds in a way other than crypto so it isnt as easy to access.

yeah I recently just opened an electrum wallet to hold my funds that way I cannot access it, but idk its so hard especially when i've won so much before.

Gambling is scam. Its like burning money. You always lose in the long run.
Block the website you most frequently visit for gambling. 
Focus on something else, wether that be games/family/friends anything

Just constantly remind yourself you  are not  winning, it's just an illusion that'll
keep throwing money until you run  out of everything
