Additional Information: He was going to give me a UK debit card with 20.5 or 21 GBP inside. I paid him in ETH and he still didn't deliver the card yet. 1 day has passed. He has been ignoring me and I'm sure he was online here for a while.

He actually sold me something more expensive and was a great deal. Now it's even less money and he's scamming, so idk.
