For any of the staff that may view this dispute, it is involved about the opposing user believing that he should receive a refund due to the source code I sold him used a package which was cloned locally to be modified to suit the application (Letoa) needs.
The opposing user claims that it breaks the rules for this site (Rule 13), but that rule only applies to the full program. The source code that was sold is nothing like anything on github other than the package that was cloned locally and modified. This is shown below.
