For any of the staff that may view this dispute, it is involved about the opposing user believing that he should receive a refund due to the source code I sold him used a package which was cloned locally to be modified to suit the application (Letoa) needs. 

The opposing user claims that it breaks the rules for this site (Rule 13), but that rule only applies to the full program. The source code that was sold is nothing like anything on github other than the package that was cloned locally and modified. This is shown below.

@Liars I've just checked his site again, and it seems like he has exit scammed. His site goes to some random discord server (not letoa).



Some telegram DM's with someone else has been leaked that he has closed his service:

so now I definitely want a refund or something that compensates this.

This is not an exit scam. We were unfortunately banned from discord and there was an announcement in the telegram a while ago, but we have auto deletes. Also we have a good old terms of service / refund policy which you have agreed to!

Also stating from above, you did agree to our Terms of Service, while registering an account and if you purchased premium, you also agreed to it there as well. Section 10: "Letoa is provided as-is. There are no guarantees that it will be running in the future". This is directly pulled from the images here at "https://imgur.com/a/ICVUEOX".

If you made a purchase 7-14 days before September 13th, I will be more than happy to refund your purchase but if you did not, no refund will be initiated as you agreed to our Refund Policy IF you purchased premium.

Also there is still no valid arguments on why I should compensate you for the source code.

Good evening, I would like to say that @razudev has scammed a lot of people he closed his website for no reason without refund while I had paid for 1 year and impossible to get the backup discord as well as the members I find it not cool from him

I didn't open any complaints about this but I want to make it clear because it's really disrespectful. No matter how many times I send him a discord or telegram dm, I'm always ignored and he really deserves a ban because it's a scam in itself.
