ill make sure the donations will be used only for medicines and his dialysis bills and i promise you that. 
was my self felt low and skeptical about telling you guys all about my brother and my condition. kept coming to SB hiding my irl problems and sharing love to all of you guys it was @J_S who convinced me to help and shared this thread in here. and prolly that is why i am still here writing a comment in here .
