Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 245$ (30k US and 5k free Spotify Accounts)

Additional Information:
I purchased 15k free Spotify Accounts, he sent me around 10k and I told him to send the rest whenever he has some available. (That's the first 5k he owes me.)
After that I purchased 30k US Spotify Accounts, he told me that his partner has sold them to someone else. We agreed on a refund and I sent him my BTC address.
One day later he messaged me that he got new accounts. He asked me if he could send the accounts, I couldn't reply at that time because I was on vacation and had no Wifi. (Nor did I check my Discord because I thought our deal/refund was done). He sent the 30k accounts later that day, without my a aforementioned knowledge.
Two days later I noticed that he sent the accounts, I checked about 3k of the accounts. I stopped immediately after I noticed that only a small portion is still valid.
I messaged him promptly, one day later he replied asking how many Accounts are working. I replied, explaining my issue.
Since then he is ignoring me questions and pings but he is replying to my alt.
I already offered him to cover for the 3k that I checked and that he can refund me in the form of accounts within 10days.
