in the above screenshots, you can see he just disappeared as soon as I paid, he was completely aware that I am going to send him payment right there, but he disappeared intentionally, I was aware that in the ads 2 contacts were mentioned, another one was Gambitious (partner), so I contacted him, Screenshots of Communication with him attached below.

He sold a checker which is completely DEAD, on asking help he has just a simple and one and only answer that he is not home and there is no ETA, we share a common telegram marketplace, so I also started a scam report with them, and he answered the same to admins of the group as well, which you can see in above discord chat screenshots.
how one can sell stuff that is not ready to deliver, I understand in this field we get complications that need to fix, but giving no ETA is as good as scamming.
moreover, he got offended just because I spent my hard-earned money and to save it reported him.
